Complete set of magnetic braking sensors (2x)

A magnetic sensor is a solution used in the case of hydraulic brakes and brake-shifter levers (brake lever connected to the shifter lever).

Installation of the magnetic sensor:

1. Sensor installation: Stick the sensor with the wire to the stationary part of the brake handle.
2. Magnet installation: Stick the round magnet to the brake lever.
3. Functionality Check: It is best to perform the installation with the controller turned on, when the sensor is plugged into the red socket. This allows for observing the correct operation of the sensor.

Sensor operation:

• Resting position: The magnet in the resting position should be as close to the sensor as possible.
• Braking activation: When the magnet moves away from the sensor, the controller receives a signal to initiate the braking procedure.

Recommendation:

• It is recommended to install the sensor on the left lever, that is, on the front brake.

A magnetic sensor is a practical solution that improves braking efficiency in electric bicycles, ensuring quick and precise operation of hydraulic brakes and brake levers.
