Hereby, acting on our own responsibility, we declare that the above-mentioned product meets all applicable legal and normative requirements listed in point 4 and is therefore a legal electric bicycle (EPAC) within the meaning of:
- Art. 2 point 47 of the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1047, as amended), and
- Art. 2 point h of Regulation (EU) 168/2013 (vehicles exempt from type approval)
