Hereby, acting on our own responsibility, we declare that the above-mentioned product meets all applicable legal and normative requirements listed in point 4 and is therefore a legal electric bicycle (EPAC) within the meaning of:
- art. 2 point 47 of the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws 2023 item 1047 as amended), and
- art. 2 point h of regulation (EU) 168/2013 (vehicles excluded from type approval)
