REACTOR BIKE offers bicycle couriers a convenient and quick method of renting bikes for work. To rent a bike you need: a payment card, ID card or passport and funds in your account. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to take advantage of our offer:
Step 1: Join our Telegram channel
The first step is to join our Telegram channel, available in 🇵🇱 Polish , 🇬🇧 English and 🇷🇺 Russian . The channel serves as a source of information and contact with customer service in case of questions or reporting bicycle faults.
Step 2: Connect your payment card
Then, connect your payment card to the system. This procedure involves a one-time service fee of PLN 2, which is a form of customer verification. You can connect your card at this link . Payments will be automatically charged to this card upon collection of the bike.
Step 3: Check the price list and availability of bikes
On our Telegram channel and at this link you will find the current price list and information about the availability of bikes. Choose a bike that suits your courier work needs.
Step 4: Sign the contract and collect the bike
The last step is to sign the contract, take a photo of the document (passport or ID card) and collect the bike at our point. At this point, a refundable deposit equal to the cost of 7-day rental is charged.
Rental terms and fees
Fees for using the bike are charged automatically every day from your payment card, just like the fee for Netflix (without your participation). The rental price includes bicycle service. The exceptions are: loss of the bicycle, vandalism, mechanical damage and destruction of the bicycle.
Before signing the contract, it is recommended to read its terms carefully. Ignorance of the terms does not excuse you from complying with them.
